HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE?

  • If you no longer have the original packaging, you may use any other properly sealed package to prevent loss or damage.
  • No need to print a return receipt—simply ensure your package is well-secured.

DO I HAVE TO DROP OFF MY RETURN SOMEWHERE?
No, a delivery agent will pick up the package from your location, just as it was delivered.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns. First, return the items you wish to exchange by following the steps above.
  • Then, place a new order for the items you’d like instead.
  • Please note: A new delivery fee will apply, as the courier will make an additional trip.
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund and proceed with your new order as usual.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGE ? 

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost. If we send you the return label by email , It won't be necessary to print it .

Yes , You will receive an email with a link to our transport company website  , so you can track your return package the same way as your order . 

 

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND ? 

You will get your refund as soon as we will receive your return package and check if all the items are in their original condition and include all labels . 

 

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND ? 

You will get your refund by a bank transfer from our company account to your personal one . We will ask you to send us your Full name and your bank account number as soon as we will get your return notification . 

 

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN ?
